RI BD creates a local capacity to develop English language skills among youth by training students to act as tutors to their peers, hosting language club meetings at underprivileged schools within the GCE network. English Language Fellows (ELF) with Relief International train language tutors to facilitate English clubs, and assist with the preparation of teaching modules and materials. ELFs train the tutors to organize and facilitate English language clubs, and provide valuable feedback throughout the teaching process.
