Relief International is excited to offer three-month senior-level training programs for local staff in Kenya, Bangladesh and Jordan.
Presented in partnership with the training organization Leadership for Humanitarians, the programs will help local humanitarian leaders build essential team and self-leadership skills, foster effective relationships with partners, improve stakeholder trust, and set, measure and deliver on meaningful program and performance goals.
The senior leadership training programs are part of Talent Development, a three-year humanitarian capacity-building project that brings together Relief International, Save the Children UK, Oxfam GB and CHS Alliance. Through 2017, the project will deliver learning and development programs for entry-level, mid-level and senior-level leadership. Talent Development is funded by DFID through the Start Network.
In 2017, Relief International and Leadership for Humanitarians will offer four senior-level training programs at the locations listed below. In each program, most course work will be completed remotely and supported by a five-day face-to-face workshop.
