What is Sadaqah?
Sadaqah, meaning “charity” in Arabic, is a voluntary act of giving aimed at benefiting others. Unlike Zakat, which is obligatory, Sadaqah is given freely at any time and in any amount, driven purely by the desire to help those in need. It encompasses any act of kindness, whether through financial contributions, time, or resources.
How your Sadaqah will make a difference?
Relief International partners with communities impacted by conflict, climate change and disaster to save lives, build greater resilience and promote long-term health and wellbeing. Our team of more than 7,000 staff and local volunteers work in 15 countries across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Your Sadaqah donation to Relief International goes directly to funding critical humanitarian projects and programs that support communities around the world. These include emergency relief efforts, healthcare and nutrition services, education programs, livelihood support, and water, sanitation and hygiene projects.
