ABOUT US

Why partner with Relief International?

Relief International is one of the only nonprofit organizations working exclusively in fragile settings. Often, the countries where we work are coping with natural disasters, conflict, climate change, and other protracted crises that impede development. More than sixty years of experience has equipped our teams with the agility and expertise to provide specialized humanitarian relief and development programs for people in these highly vulnerable environments and forgotten crises.

Many experts, including Relief International staff, warn that fragility will worsen in coming years without an immediate, coordinated response. That’s why we’re looking for partners.

We work alongside local communities, governments, foundations, peer organizations, and institutional donors to address the causes and consequences of fragility. Together, we harness our complementary strengths, resources, and networks to ensure that each community we work with receives the best solutions for their needs.

Interested in partnering with Relief International?

Fragility comes in many shapes and sizes – but always at the cost of progress. Many of the world’s fragile settings are at risk of being left behind by the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Conflict and natural disasters continue to undermine development. We need partners who understand that the world needs a different approach to combating fragility. Will you join our team?
