Craig Redmond, CEO, Najia Hyder, Chief Program Officer, and members of the strategy consultation group will interactively present our newly finalized 5-year Strategy Map. The presentation will be followed by discussion, questions and answers. All Relief International team members globally will be invited to join this session and the CEO’s keynote via Teams.

Craig Redmond (Moderator), Panel: Valeria Gholizadeh (Country Director, WO Syria); Ishfaq Anwar (Country Director, Pakistan), and Dialogie Kubvoruno, (Country Director, South Sudan.
What does a culture of evidence-based learning and program iteration look like? How do we want to shape Relief Internationals learning? Craig Redmond will moderate a discussion between panelists from Syria, Pakistan, South Sudan, and Sudan country teams. The panel will be followed by small group discussions.

Katrina and Sanjni will walk us through the culture at RI that has been conveyed through your stories and the results of the staff engagement survey. Are there culture clashes at RI? Do our current values reflect our culture? We’ll explore it all in depth in this session.

Mark Atterton, Regional Director for Africa/Asia will start the day by celebrating the extraordinary leadership that we have at RI! A deeper look at the qualities, behaviors, and attitudes that we wish to replicate.

10.25- 11.10: Adaptive Leadership & Why it is Important?

We will be discussing how an adaptive leadership approach will teach us to adapt and thrive in a sector that is constantly evolving. Mark Atterton will moderate a panel that takes a deeper look at the qualities, behaviors, and attitudes that resonate with an adaptive leadership style.

11.35- 11.45: Color Insights Model: Creating a Shared Language of Leadership Styles at Relief International
Everyone is a unique mixture of color energies that play a role in identifying our values, needs, strengths and weaknesses, how we relate to others, and how we prefer to communicate. We will learn about the different colors and guide us through finding our own dominant color.
