The CECO will help the organization address complex problems – which involve identifying, resolving and preventing misconduct and/or unethical activities.
The international humanitarian sector is faced with increasing regulatory requirements and scrutiny from donors, regulators and host country governments. This requires constant vigilance and ever evolving and adapting policies, processes and practices to ensure cost-effective compliance while at the same time maintaining space for program performance and innovation.
The CECO will assess a host of dynamic ethical, contractual and legal requirements and invite and manage divergent views, while managing multiple tasks and activities in a calm, resilient, collaborative and professional manner, and be able to oversee and manage investigative matters with discretion and the utmost care of the individuals and organizations involved.
They will have experience in developing and delivering training on ethics issues to all levels of team members. Bringing excellent written and oral communication skills to be able to understand and distill data analysis, and have a proven ability to gain credibility, support and engagement from a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

The Health Sector Working Group Coordinator in Northeast Syria will be responsible for coordinating independently all cross-border health activities, interacting and engaging with Health actors, INGO, NNGO, Donor representatives, and other stakeholders. The HWG coordinator should also work closely with the Whole of Syria health sector coordination team, NES Forum, and ensure to build collaboration with UN agencies and their implementing partners working in self-administration-controlled areas of NES through WoS health sector coordination mechanism.

RI is seeking proposals from Microsoft App developers to develop an automated Travel Request Form (Lot 1) and Expenses Claim Form (Lot 2) within RIs Microsoft environment. The Forms will need to be able to populate relevant budget code data from RIs finance management system (Oracle Netsuite), use RIs single sign on (SSO) and MS Identity Service (EntraID) and preferably be able to work offline (sync’ing when the user has internet connectivity). Based on the data collected in the forms RI also requires a dashboard of relevant data to be generated using PowerBI (Lot 3).
The Programs Coordinator supports our varied portfolio of work across the organization. The role requires a dynamic, motivated, and thoughtful individual with excellent relationship management, communication, and operational skills and superb judgment to support the Chief Program Officer in their day-to-day work and to enable the cohesive functioning of the Global Programs division.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will initially be the setting up the HR department in oPt together with the upcoming national HR staff with the support of the Regional Support Office (RSO).
The HR Manager is responsible for providing leadership for the HR function for staff members across RI’s oPt program. You will oversee the efficient execution of daily HR operations in line with established policies and procedures for our OPT. You’ll also play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and long-term growth of the HR department.
The role will involve managing and coordinating HR functions and activities to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement and development of HR processes and systems to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
You will take charge of ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, working closely with team members to address any challenges and streamline processes. Your leadership will be crucial in driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the HR department.

The Regional Program Development Manager (RPDM) reports to the Regional Program Director (RPD), with technical supervision of the Head of Program Development based in Washington DC. The RPDM will take on a rigorous leadership role as a thought leader working with RSO and GSO to set strategy for the region as well as to support and guide the country offices in various key aspects of developing and accessing funding for new programs, in addition to focusing on improving the consistency and quality of proposal development processes at country level. The RPDM will be responsible for working closely with the RPD and country offices on capture management, networking planning, leading on program design workshops for strategic proposals, coordinating proposal development among various departments, ensuring full packages ready for review at regional and global level, and managing contributing directly on proposal writing as necessary. The job holder will need to undertake short-term travel to support country programs in the development of large strategic bids and/or providing surge capacity if needed. This role will be critical to overall leadership and management of managing and reporting the ongoing and forecasted opportunities related to program development in the region and facilitate resource availability in coordination with GSO.
